IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR RESULTS
Look no further, my husband and I have had some
wonderful experiences with Gary Rose, who is with Castle
Rock Real Estate. In 2006 we purchased some awesome
property through Gary to build our Log Home on.
Gary, listens to his clients and he asks simple
questions
1. Where do you want to live?
2. How much do you want to spend?
3. How many acres are you looking for?
We gave him all of the above and the property that we
purchased was exactly what we were looking for.
When we sold our property that we built
our Log Home on, we went to Gary and again he went that
extra mile and listed us in a magazine covering the
area. We sold and got our asking price plus. He would
get back with us with in 24 hrs to tell us how the
showings went so we were never left out of the loop.
We just recently bought more property through Gary, for
our second log home. He new that price and location was
an issue. In a matter of 24 hours he came to us with a
couple of listings and we purchased the property.
I have had dealings before with other realtors that take
your listing and then forget about you. The next time
you see them is at the closing and they say don't forget
to refer me.
If you know anyone that wants to buy or
sell, there are not enough Gary Roses out there that
treat you as a friend and a client.
